Dear Parents,

Our school values your thoughts as to the experience your child has at H.G. Hill. We would like to ask you complete a survey to tell us what you think about what we are doing well and what you think we could do better.  If you have more than one child in this school, you may pick which one you want to think about when answering the questions.  This survey is anonymous.  No one will know which answers come from you, and it will not be possible to connect your answers to your child.  To complete your survey, please go to

You will need to enter 00190 for the district number and 0295 for the school number so that we may connect your survey to our school.  Your student will be taking this survey in school.  If you prefer your student not to take this survey,  then please contact the school at 353-2020.
