This year 6th, 7th and 8th graders may participate in Athletics. If your child is interested, please check out the requirements here.
Did you know that there is a summer meal program in Davidson County? It helps fill the nutrition gap that many children would otherwise experience during the months that school is out. The sites listed on the map in the link below provide free meals to any child or teen (18 and under) who shows up at the designated times. Most of these sites are open beginning today Monday, June 2nd, and many also offer additional enrichment activities.
Locally (and nationally),... this program is incredibly underutilized, serving less than 10% of the children who qualify for free and reduced price school meals.
